Everything was lovely, its staff and location, plus very good wi-fi.

Everything was simply very good. Every detail in this hotel was fab, I enjoyed staff and location.

Delicious food, exceptional service and pleasant view of the garden. Airy and cheap room, kind staff.

We really enjoyed this great budget hotel, nothing too much trouble. Central location short walk to Scarborough as well as Filey, it was in a very very nice area.

Peaceful property, overall clean, great service and great value. Well-stocked units with four poster bed.

Clean and well-organized accom with pleasant location just next door to Scarborough, Filey and Scarborough. Overall the room was brand-new and gorgeous. A wide range of fine food for continental breakfast.

Accommodation was big size and wonderful relaxing, beds were extremely comfy. We had gorgeous breakfasts with yoghurts and toast, and had dinner at the good restaurant on-site.

The stay at this small hotel was a just perfect one. The staff were efficient and accommodating and good reception.

The place is perfect and clean, it offers lovely breakfast and beautiful location near to coast. The staff here is obliging and apologetic. Good bedroom and newly renovated bathroom.

Cold bathroom, Wi-Fi was very poor, we were a little disappointed.

The weather was warm, had restful stay. I really enjoyed the place and its staff and location. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. As for me, wake-up service available, and decent views were advantages. There also was secure parking and amazing pool.

Room was nice sized, location was ideal. Fantastic little hotel with marvellous service.

Spotless place with apologetic staff. Luxurious & functional room. They recommended a modest restaurant for dinner.

Food was good and beds were comfy. Twin room was the best. It was attractive and competitive value for money among other available hotels in Scarborough.

Spend our time here lovely. Staff was loyal! We greatly enjoyed it, it was GOAT!

It's located on a noisy street.

The location was beautiful, with Wykeham Tea Rooms nearby, where we could eat. Hotel staff was very WELCOMING. Don't pass this venue up if you plan to visit flamingo land.
